1. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and resellable.
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Custom-cut wallpapers, clearance items, assembled furniture, and hygiene-sensitive items (like rugs and cushions) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange for pickup.
Items must be returned within 5 working days of approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defects or our error, return shipping is free.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
4. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to condition approval.
Partial refunds or rejection may apply if items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return after receiving the item.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspicious activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
