1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and resellable.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Custom-cut wallpapers, clearance items, assembled furniture, and hygiene-sensitive items (like rugs and cushions) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange for pickup.

  • Items must be returned within 5 working days of approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to defects or our error, return shipping is free.

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

4. Inspection & Refunds

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to condition approval.

  • Partial refunds or rejection may apply if items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return after receiving the item.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspicious activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
